- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folder named cache, tick, minute and day.
- Restart NinjaTrader and test.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

3rd time's a charm. I just updated the date in the Instrument manager to 6/18/20 for the 3rd time and it finally loaded yesterday's data: Select your instrument, click Edit. Click the Misc tab. scroll to the bottom. click the bottom row and then click the 3 dots button that appears. Click on 09-20 and change the rollover date to 6/28/20. Click OKs all the way out then reload historical data on your chart

Hello,
I would next try resetting your instruments and then clearing the historical data again.
To reset your instruments please follow the steps below:- Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
- Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
- Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.
- Shut down NinjaTrader.
- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folder named cache, tick, minute and day.
- Restart NinjaTrader and test.
