    EOS for NinjaTrader 7

    Hello.

    I've received a notice that historical data support for NinjaTrader 7 under the "Market Replay Downloader" will end on 01Jan 2023.

    I'm still using NT7 and do not need to move to NT8.

    I'm curious. Is there any scheduled future data for when NT7 support ends?

    Thank you very much for your post.

    While NinjaTrader 7 no longer receives new development, we have no current plans to end its support at this time.

    Is it possible this error message is caused by a third-party script or service?

    If possible, could you send me a screenshot of this error?
    • To take a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
      Click here for instructions
    • Alternatively to take a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window
    • Then go to Start > Accessories > Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image
    • Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and attach the file as an attachment

        Thank you very much for the screenshot; This would indeed be specific to this provider of market replay data.

        While NinjaTrader 7 is able to download market replay data on its own (File > Utilities > Download Replay Data), third-party services offer replay data for additional instruments or longer timeframes. It seems the provider above is ending their support for NinjaTrader 7.

        Please note: You can still use NinjaTrader 7's internal download feature. For further information in this regard, please see the HelpGuide below:

          Very good. I will cancel my subscription to the third-party service.

          And I'll switch over to the internal NT data downloader.
