    Account information inaccuracies

    Hi everyone,

    In the control center accounts tab, my account balances are correct, but my total commission is still showing deductions from four days ago. It is currently Sunday morning and my account is showing $8.44 in commissions from the Wednesday trading session. I traded Thursday and Friday as well, but all of those commissions have been reset. The effect is that my net PnL at the beginning of the each trading day since Thursday has been -$8.44 so it appears like I'm starting off in the hole at the beginning of the day when in actuality, I'm flat. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you correct it?

    Does the symptom persist if you restart NinjaTrader?

      I just tried closing and reopening NT8, (5:14pm EST on Monday afternoon) and the accrued commissions are still there.

        Please send me your database, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
        • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
        • Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Database file'.
        • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2548933 ATTN PatrickG

          Is there update on this? I am facing exact the same issue. Same issue I did read HERE.

          Since a lot of days (even weeks) every morning when I start NT8 the "Total commissions" column in [accounts] tab is showing $16,36 possibly that those were my commissions in a single day, I cannot remember. But NT8 doesn't reset this value so every morning I start with that minus value which is really annoying.

          I want to add that I do not want to reset my NT8 database because I don't want to lose my trades, fills in the charts, trade performance, settings, etc. how can I check and cure this culprit? any help appreciated.
