My account balance not showing

I logged to my live account successfully for the first time. I'm wondering why my true balance is not showing in my account. It remained $100,000 like in demo?

Hello abelardo259,

Thank you for your note.

You would need to enter a live license key into the platform to trade live by selecting the live account in the Account drop-down menu of your chart trader and to see your live account information. Keys that begin with "@SIM" will not show live account information.

You can check your NinjaTrader license Key under Help -> License Key

If you do not have a live license key, please let me know.

Before you can place live trades from NinjaTrader to your brokerage account, you will need to enter a live license key into your platform installation.
