NT is a software development company that owns and supports proprietary technology relating to and including the NinjaTrader and Tradovate trading platforms. NT educates and provides technical support to NinjaTrader and Tradovate platform users.

NinjaTrader Ecosystem

NinjaTrader, LLC (“NT”) manages the NinjaTrader Ecosystem, a network of third-party developers that offer trading indicators and applications to customize your NinjaTrader trading platform.

The NinjaTrader Ecosystem website is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be viewed as a solicitation or recommendation of any product, service, or trading strategy. No offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, securities derivatives, or futures products of any kind, or any type of trading or investment advice, recommendation or strategy, is made, given, or in any manner endorsed by NT or any of its affiliates. Third-Party Rating Disclosure

Third-party ratings, including rankings, awards listings, and other forms of recognition provided by third parties unrelated to NinjaTrader, should not be construed by current or prospective customers as a guarantee that they will experience a certain level of results if NinjaTrader is engaged, or continues to be engaged, to offer futures trading services, nor should it be construed as a current or past endorsement of NinjaTrader by any of its customers.

Third-party ratings from rating services and publications do not guarantee future performance. Likewise, opening an account with a highly rated futures trading platform does not ensure that a customer or prospective customer will experience a higher level of performance. BrokerChooser – NinjaTrader was recognized as the “Best Futures Broker” by BrokerChooser for 2026 and 2025, “Best Broker for Trading Silver (SI) Futures in the United States” for 2026 and 2025, and “Best Broker for Trading Micro Gold (MGC) Futures” for 2026. BrokerChooser determines the ratings based on evaluation and real-account testing of brokers and investment platforms. NinjaTrader paid no application fee to participate.

Event Contract Disclosure

NinjaTrader Clearing, LLC d/b/a NinjaTrader, Kraken Derivatives US, and Tradovate (“NTC”) may clear swap transactions, or event contracts, for its customers as an FCM member of Kalshi Klear LLC. Kalshi Klear LLC is a CFTC-registered derivatives clearing organization (“DCO”) and provides clearing services to its affiliate KalshiEX LLC, a CFTC designated contract market (“DCM”). NinjaTrader is not affiliated with Kalshi or Kalshi Klear LLC (collectively, “Kalshi”).
