This was a decision made by Topstep to no longer offer NinjaTrader and all other 3rd party platforms.
Topstep has decided to stop offering NinjaTrader for new users as of July 7, 2025. If you have an existing evaluation, you will be able to reset your plan through July 31, 2025. Beyond that, you will not be able to make another purchase at Topstep with NinjaTrader.
You can explore the numerous other prop firms who continue to support NinjaTrader. Many of which are offering generous discounts that can be found above.
No. Within the confines of the allowed purchase dates above, your Combine remains fully active and yours to use until you either cancel or the account becomes no longer valid (i.e break a rule). You can continue using NinjaTrader with any of our supported prop firm partners shown above.
Your trading history and personal data will remain with Topstep. Please reach out to them concerning any trade history data.
Yes! NinjaTrader continues to support a growing list of retail prop firms (shown above) that evaluate traders for funded accounts. We encourage you to explore other available partners who offer competitive pricing and are fully supported on NinjaTrader.
Account transfers between firms are not typically supported. However, you may apply for a new evaluation with a NinjaTrader-supported firm. Many of our partners offer incentives for transitioning users. (See above.)
Your Topstep account will still be valid to use with NinjaTrader as long as it is active and in good standing. If you would still like a refund, please contact Topstep at [email protected].
Yes. Affected users will receive email notifications and in-platform messaging with clear instructions about the transition, including next steps and other prop firm options.
